Pregnancy and birth are a time of change and discovery, sometimes desired, sometimes not.  Each parent brings questions that are common to birth, and questions that are unique to their own experience.  My services are designed to address what you what to know about birth and identify and explore your personal strengths and challenges.  Appropriate for individuals or couples birthing is a variety of settings, I offer group classes and private classes to meet your needs.  Expectant mothers and fathers want to know what to expect and what they can do.  Mindful  preparation includes learning about birth, connecting with your partner, and exploring what approaches might work for you.  BirthWays prenatal workshops will provide a space for you to connect with yourself, and your growing family as you prepare for your world to turn upside down.  As your birth journey expands and evolves, may you discover your own wisdom and birth knowledge.
